Yes. All our jewelry is crafted from 92.5% pure sterling silver, stamped with “925” to indicate purity.
3. Will my silver jewelry tarnish?
All genuine silver may tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, or chemicals. The good news is it can be cleaned easily with a soft cloth or silver polish.If your product tarnishes within 15 days of delivery under normal usage, we’ll replace it free of charge.
4. Do your candles come with a warranty?
No. Candles do not have a warranty. However, if you receive a candle that is damaged in transit, you can request a refund or replacement — your choice.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Bangalore: Delivered within 1 business day after dispatch.
- Other cities in India: Dispatched within 24–48 hours, delivered in 4–5 business days depending on the courier and location.
- Remote areas may take slightly longer.
6. What’s your return and replacement policy for jewelry?
You can request a return or replacement within 15 days of delivery if:
- The jewelry tarnishes within 15 days under normal use.
- There are manufacturing defects (loose stones, faulty clasps, broken chains).
- You receive the wrong product or incorrect size.
Pickup and delivery are free for eligible cases.
7. What’s your return and replacement policy for candles?
Refund or replacement is available only if:
- The candle arrives damaged (broken jar, wax leakage, deformed surface).
- You receive the wrong fragrance or candle.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.
8. How do I initiate a return or replacement?

- Our team will arrange pickup and process your replacement or refund after inspection.
9. Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
Yes. For eligible cases, you can choose between a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.
11. How should I care for my silver jewelry?
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Keep in a zip-lock pouch when not in use.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, hair sprays, and chemicals.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.
12. How should I use my scented candle?
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
- Let it burn for at least 2 hours on first use to avoid tunneling.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable items.
