Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

At STORKSTONE, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, our policies below explain how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds work. 

1. Order Cancellations 

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return or exchange after delivery (see Section 2).
  • To cancel, please email us at operations@storkstone.com with your order number. 

2. Returns & Exchanges (Jewelry) 

You may return or exchange jewelry within 15 days of delivery if: 

  • The piece is tarnished within this period despite normal use.
  • There are manufacturing defects such as loose stones, faulty clasps, broken chains, or misaligned fittings.
  • You received the wrong product or incorrect size. 

Conditions: 

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
  • Customized or engraved jewelry is not eligible unless defective.
  • All returns/exchanges are processed only after a quality check confirms the reported issue. 

3. Warranty (Jewelry) 

All jewelry carries a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty covers: 

  • Chain breakage due to soldering defects.
  • Loss of plating or peeling under normal usage.
  • Manufacturing flaws in structure or stone setting. 

Warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper storage.
  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water.
  • A valid invoice is required for warranty claims.

4. Candles – Damages & Replacements 

Candles are non-returnable, but we offer a replacement or refund if: 

  • The product arrives damaged (e.g., broken jar, wax leakage, deformed surface).
  • The wrong fragrance or candle is delivered. 

Conditions: 

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video.
  • Replacements are prioritized; refunds are offered if replacement is not possible. 

5. Post-Warranty Repairs (Jewelry) 

  • After the warranty period, we provide affordable repair services such as chain soldering, stone resetting, and replating.
  • Repair charges depend on the work required and will be communicated upfront.
  • Pick-up and delivery charges apply unless otherwise specified during promotions. 

6. Refund Process 

  • Once your returned product is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after you share valid account details. 

7. Damages or Missing Items 

  • Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
  • Verified cases are eligible for free pick-up and replacement/refund. 

8. Exemptions 

Some products may be exempt from return/refund. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase (e.g., certain sale items or hygiene-sensitive products).
