1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Bangalore: Delivered within 1 business day after dispatch.
  • Other Indian cities: Dispatched in 24–48 hours, delivered in 4–5 business days.
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹1000.
  • For orders below ₹1000, a nominal fee of ₹100 applies (visible at checkout).

4. Tracking

  • A tracking link will be shared by email once your order is shipped.

5. Delays

  • Deliveries may be delayed during festive seasons, holidays, or courier issues.
  • We’ll keep you updated if that happens.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Liability

  • Once handed to the courier, delays are beyond our control — but we’ll assist in resolving issues.

Product Policies

At STORKSTONE, we care about your experience beyond purchase. These policies explain how we handle product-specific situations like warranty, repairs, candle replacements, and perks. 

1. Jewelry Warranty 

  • All jewelry comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. 
  • Covers:
    • Chain breakage due to soldering defects.
    • Peeling or loss of plating under normal use. 
    • Structural or stone-setting manufacturing flaws.
  • Does not cover: 
    • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper storage.
    • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water causing discoloration. 
  • A valid invoice is required for warranty claims. 

2. Post-Warranty Repairs (Jewelry) 

  • After the warranty period, we offer affordable repair services such as:
    • Chain soldering.
    • Stone resetting. 
    • Replating. 
  • Repair charges depend on the extent of work and will be shared upfront. 
  • pick-up and delivery charges apply unless waived during promotions. 

3. Candles – Damages & Replacement 

  • Candles are not covered under warranty.
  • Replacement or refund is available if:
    • The candle arrives damaged (broken jar, wax leakage, deformed surface).
    • You receive the wrong fragrance or product.
  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video. 
  • Verified cases will be eligible for replacement or refund (your choice). 

4. Sustainability Perks – Jar Return Program 

We encourage reusing and recycling. 

  • Return 4 empty STORKSTONE candle jars and receive 2 complimentary shot candles. 
  • Conditions:
    • Jars must be original STORKSTONE jars.
    • They should be clean and free of cracks.
  • Complimentary candles will be shipped within 7 working days after verification. 

5. Damages / Missing Items 

  • Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof. 
  • Replacements are prioritized; refunds are offered only if replacement is not possible. 
  • Free pick-up will be arranged for verified cases.

6. Gift Wraps 

  • Premium gift wrapping is available at checkout. 
  • Includes: 
    • Elegant wrapping paper.
    • Gift receipt (no price details) so the recipient can return or exchange easily.
