Welcome to STORKSTONE. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.storkstone.com (“Website”), mobile site, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. 

1. Eligibility 

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Platform.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

  • We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

3. Products & Orders 

3.1 Product Descriptions 
We strive to display our products (including jewellery and candles) as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to photography or screen settings. 

3.2 Availability 
All products are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice. 

3.3 Pricing 

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
  • In case of pricing errors, we will notify you and give the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order. 

3.4 Order Confirmation 

  • When you place an order, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email. This does not mean your order is accepted.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for reasons including inaccurate pricing, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations. 

4. Payments 

  • We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other options displayed at checkout.
  • All payments are securely processed by trusted third-party providers.
  • We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. 

5. Shipping & Delivery 

Shipping timelines, charges, and policies are detailed separately in our [Shipping Policy]. By placing an order, you agree to those terms. 

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds 

Our [Refund & Return Policy] governs cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms in that policy. 

7. Intellectual Property 

  • All content on the Platform — including images, logos, text, product designs, and graphics — is the property of STORKSTONE and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent. 

8. User Content 

  • If you post reviews, photos, or comments on our Platform or social media, you grant STORKSTONE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for marketing and promotions. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, STORKSTONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
  • Our maximum liability, in any case, will be limited to the value of the product you purchased. 

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. 

12. Entire Agreement 

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy, form the entire agreement between you and STORKSTONE.
